Human Rights Policy Statement

Intelligent Safety Ltd is committed to respecting and promoting human rights in all of its operations. We believe that all people have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, and we are committed to creating a workplace where all employees feel safe, valued, and respected.

We adhere to the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the European Convention on Human Rights. We also support the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Our human rights policy applies to all of our employees, suppliers, and other business partners. We expect all of our stakeholders to respect and promote human rights in their own operations.

We are committed to the following human rights principles:

    We treat all people with dignity and respect, regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other status.
  • Freedom from forced labour:
    We do not tolerate forced or compulsory labour in any form.
  • Freedom of association:
    We respect the right of our employees to join or form unions, and to engage in collective bargaining.
  • Safe and healthy working conditions:
    We provide our employees with a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Fair wages and benefits:
    We pay our employees fair wages and provide them with adequate benefits.
  • Child labour:
    We do not employ children under the legal working age.
We have implemented a number of measures to ensure that our human rights policy is implemented and enforced. These measures include:
  • Human rights training:
    We provide our employees with training on human rights and our human rights policy.
  • Human rights risk assessment:
    We assess our operations for potential human rights risks.
  • Human rights grievance mechanism:
    We have a human rights grievance mechanism in place so that our employees and other stakeholders can report any human rights concerns.

We are committed to continuous improvement in our human rights performance. We regularly review our human rights policy and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with best practices.
